Introducing.... 2 new whiskies!

These are the latest instalments in our Exploration Series, where we test & tweak our process with new barrels to find new flavours that we love. We've got:

🥃 PX Oak:
Full-flavoured and smooth (thanks to a bit of peated wh**ky blended in), with the Pedro Ximénez influence adding depth without becoming overly sweet.

🥃 French Oak:
You'll get warm spice, vanilla and subtle red-fruit character. Balanced and approachable, with the oak adding structure and richness.

These have been on tasting for a little bit up at Hahndorf (especially in our new wh**ky lounge in the back room!!) but we've just popped them up on the website. Only got a few bottles of each set aside for online orders, so they might not stick around for too long.

Oh, and since these are limited batches - once they're gone, they're gone! 💨

Little update from the tasting room!

It's been a great first 12 months up here in Hahndorf, and with the release of our whiskies we've been thinking of how we can take the tasting experience up a notch 🥃

So, we've got cracking on converting the back room into a cosy wh**ky lounge with nice, comfortable couches to sip away in small or larger groups!

We look forward to seeing you all up in this comfy new space for a lovely day out in Hahndorf, eeeeespecially now that the weather is starting to look a whole lot nicer ☀️☺️
