We’ve been busy pumping over our Cabernet and Shiraz this week after harvesting tonnes of amazing grapes! 🍇

🌟 Friday Fun Fact: During fermentation, you pump the juice from the bottom of the tank over the cap (the skins, seeds, etc. that float to the top). It helps with colour, tannin extraction, and keeping the cap wet. 😍

We can’t wait to taste the finished product! 😋 🍷

And just like that, harvest season comes to an end! 🍇 🍂
We have hand and machine picked tonnes of grapes and they are now fermenting or sitting in barrels ready to bottle later in the year! 🙌🏽

We’re so excited to bring you our 2026 vintage of wines once they’re ready 😍
