New Beer 🍋🍋‍🟩 Citrush XPA

Summer in a glass has arrived to Halls Gap! Our new Citrush XPA is bittered and dry hopped with the hop Lemondrop, producing a refreshingly crisp, light coloured ale, with a zesty citrus finish. The only issue we see with this beer is that's it's very hard to stop at only one pint! We've warned you! 😆

One story ends, another begins. The very last of our OG Staff will be having their last day at PSR tomorrow!

Perry went from bussing glasses and pouring beers when we opened our doors back in 2019, to eventually becoming Venue Manager. What a ride! We wish you all the best with your career change Pez!

Live Music 🎸 Nadav Tabak - Saturday 24th January 7:30pm

This Saturday we welcome to the brewery courtyard stage. Nadav has spent the last decade captivating audiences around the world as part of the internationally renowned guitar duo Opal Ocean including right here at the brewery. He now embarks on his own unique musical journey, enchanting audiences with his spellbinding performances. From fast-paced acoustic psy-trance to beautiful and exotic melodies, Nadav’s music takes listeners on an adventure through a vast array of genres. Catch him this Saturday at the brewery in Halls Gap before he heads overseas again to play across Europe.

As usual this will be a free community event. Hey in early for a feed and a few bevvies. Music from 730pm.

Horsham are having their first beer festival and our beer will be there. LG BEER FEST Horsham is on this Saturday the 24th January at Maydale Reserve. They're putting on heaps of live music, pouring beers and plenty more.

Live Music 🎸 Lachy Hurrell - Friday 23rd January 7:30pm

This week we welcome Lachy Hurrell to the brewery courtyard stage! His music and songs are rooted in rhythm, land and story – music as a journey back to heart. Lachy Hurrell is an award winning singer songwriter from Wadawurrung country, Victoria. Recently he’s opened for Shane Howard (Goanna), sung for the protection of Tasmania’s ancient forests and performed at venues all around this great land. He received a Songwriting grant to spend months on Yolnu country, immersed in the wisdom of humanities oldest cultures, ceremony and songs. This week he play right here in Halls Gap!

As usual at the brewery, this is a free community event. Get in early for a feed and a few bevvies. Music from 7:30pm.

What a dramatic sunset finish to a dramatic day yesterday! We sincerely hope everyone is safe and sound. ♥️ We're aware some Victorians have done it far tougher than others recently. We've been through it before and our thoughts in particular are with our friends in the Natimuk area effected. 🙏

To those travelling in our direction in the coming days, thankfully Halls Gap and the Grampians are unaffected and open as usual. Today we'll be open normal hours and our planned gig tonight is going ahead. So if you're keen to gather with a few people around you come on down to the brewery for a beer, a feed, a chinwag and some live tunes. As usual this will be a free community event. Music from 730pm.

New Beer for a New Year! 🙌 SummerSun Red IPA 6.4%

New to the taps is our brand new Red IPA, SummerSun, which is as Hoppy as it is malty. Balanced perfectly and not too big on the booze so you can enjoy more than one in the summer sun.

It's limited release and on tap right now at the brewery. 🍻

NYE Live Music! 🎸 The Doodads 2:30pm

This New Years Eve we welcome 'The Doodads' the the brewery courtyard stage. They're previous gig for our 5th Birthday was insane, so come on down, start your new years eve right, and be entertained all Wednesday arvo from 230pm.

Also a quick heads-up that we'll be closed New Year's Day on Thursday, but back on deck usual trading 7 days a week from Friday. 🤘
