It's International IPA Day! 🍻 Celebrate in style today with one of 4 IPAs currently available at the brewery.

International IPA Day is an annual worldwide celebration dedicated to the India Pale Ale (IPA) craft beer style, honoring hop-forward brewing, local independent craft brewers, and new limited-edition hop releases.

Currently on tap we have limited release El Dora the Hop Explorer and Red 67 Red IPA. In cans we have San Fran double IPA, My Idaho IPA, and Red 67. Come get your thirst quenched and your tongue zinging today in Halls Gap! 🤘

New Beer 🍻 El Dora the Hop Explorer IPA

New to the taps this weekend is El Dora the Hop Explorer, which is high on the crystal malt and loaded up with El Dorado and Amarillo hops. Smooth malty IPA, with punchy but not over bitter hops. Come and explore the new flavour at the brewery today!

It's back! 🙌 Glass Mountain - locally grown fresh whole-cone hopped mountain ale!

We try and brew this annual beer every year, and this year we've made it happen again and we're absolutely stoked with it. Loaded up with hops sourced from our glass blower mates hop garden at .mcmurtrieglass, as well as our own, this beer brings fresh local hops direct from farm to your beer pallete! On for a limited time until it's gone, so come in a grab a pint or two! 🍻

Live Music 🎶 Rhys Coventry - Saturday 27th June 730pm

This Saturday as part of the Halls Gap Glow Festival we welcome Rhys Coventry to the brewery courtyard stage.

Rhys has been living life on the road for 4 years now, from cutting his teeth in the Byron bay busking scene, to supporting the likes of Ziggy Alberts, Garrett Kato, Tom Harrington & the McCredie Brothers. Rhys is starting to make his mark across the Australian Country/Folk scene with his unique brand of honest road tested songwriting, from the heart. Come check out his music this Saturday evening!

Get in early for a feed and a few bevvies. Music from 730pm 🤘

New Beer 💡 Luminous XPA 4.6%

Brand new to the brewery taps this weekend is Luminous XPA, a bright refreshing beer brewed using the new hop Luminosa.

Luminosa is known for its vibrant, bright tropical fruit and citrus aromas, with notes of peach-mango lemonade, candied orange peel, boysenberry, and guava. Uniquely, it delivers bold fruit character without the heavy, resinous pine notes found in many modern hop varieties.

We thought it perfect for our new light and bright XPA. Come check it out today! 🍻

📸 Crispy Cauliflower Bites tossed in sweet-spicy tamarind glaze, topped with sesame seeds and spring onion. Matches up perfectly with an IPA!

Shiraz Sour 🍇 On tap now!

We have a few kegs left over from the Grampians Grape Escape festival so it's now on tap at the brewery until it runs out!

For those that don't yet know, we do an annual collaboration beer with our good friends at Black and Ginger Wines to create a delicious sour beer that's fermented on Shiraz grapes. If you missed the festival then don't miss a drink of this while we have some left.
