Golden buckwheat galette, melted butter and authentic French flavours… Nothing more comforting..

In France, butter is at the heart of traditional cooking , and when it melts onto a warm buckwheat galette it creates that simple and timeless taste we grew up with!🇫🇷
Crispy edges, rich buttery flavour and homemade goodness in every bite!

Bringing a little piece of Brittany in Australia, with our galette made with organic French buckwheat flour which is also naturally gluten and dairy free!!

We traditionally eat it with savoury ingredients but I personally also love it with sweet topping as salted caramel or maple syrup!!😋
