Crispy crackling, tender pork belly, our award-winning applewood-smoked hot sauce, spicy mayo & bread & butter pickles from our sister company and a fresh apple slaw 🍔🔥
And for the no-spice crew: a smoked-ketchup, dill-pickle & aioli combo that hits just as hard.
