VEGETABLE OF THE WEEK — BEET LEAF 🌿💚

Our beet leaf is fresh, tender and packed with flavour. It has a lovely earthy flavour and it is extremely underrated in my opinion!

🌱 How to use it:
• Sauté with garlic, butter or olive oil 😍
• Toss through pasta, risotto or stir-fries
• Add to soups, stews and curries
• Wilt through scrambled eggs or an omelette
• Mix into frittatas and savoury muffins
• Use young leaves fresh in salads
• Add to smoothies for an extra hit of greens
• Chop finely and use anywhere you’d normally use spinach or silverbeet

MARKET SPECIAL THIS SATURDAY!

Come and grab a bag of our fresh beet leaf and give something a little different a try.
