Do you remember that person who showed you the ropes a few years ago? We hope you're now doing the same for someone else and answering their questions, sharing what you've learned, and making them feel welcome at their first events.

This is how our Angus Australia Youth culture stays strong. It's through members who remember what it's like to be new and choose to help.

Cattle parade | Boorowa Show Boorowa New South Wales | 7 March 2026

The Boorowa Show takes great pride in showcasing the next generation of young cattle paraders who are showcasing cattle from local breeders through the cattle parade.

It great to see the juniors and seniors showcase their cattle and be judged on their presentation skills.

Congratulations cattle parader Corinne Howe for leading the prized Grand Champion of the Show and Supreme Exhibit - Vasey - at the 2026 Boorowa Show. Vasey is owned by Marg Taylor of Woongarra Livestock Harden.

The cattle paraders’ competition showcases young people in the beef cattle Industry, with paraders demonstrating their handling and parading abilities before a judge in the most professional manner.

This is a section of the Boorowa Show which attracts wide interest from the crowd with paraders displaying excellent handling, poise and presentation skills.

A big shout out to the schools in the who support the Boorowa Show cattle parade competition along with their teachers and students. We just love coming along to watch the parade each year!

With thanks to judge Brad Cavenagh, chief steward Simon Lindeman, and stewards for all your hard work to bring the cattle parade to the Boorowa Show each year.
