Heading to Northside Produce Market today with a new honey to taste. After going through our honey stocks we found a new honey we are calling it Barwang Wildflower as it was produced from the wildflowers out near the Barwang region near Harden. It is a nice light, thick honey. Good for your toast and crumpets. Loch has also put together some Red Mallee that we have found in the shed.
We will also be taking the wildflower with us to Canberra on the Sunday.

🍯 Australian Honey Cellars have been missed and return to Northside Produce Market this Saturday, now that Lachlan has recovered somewhat from his shoulder surgery.

🐝 When checking in on Lach, he told us that he and Kris will have his favourite honey at this market – Messmate, created when he placed his bee hives near flowering Eucalyptus Obliqua trees in the Macedon Ranges in Central Victoria.

We are back to Old Bus Depot Markets this Sunday. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Unfortunately we will not be at Northside Produce Market or Old Bus Depot Markets again this weekend. Loch's surgery has been done but we underestimated the damage done and the recovery process. We are hoping to be back at Northside for the April markets. For Old Bus Depot as soon as we are able.

Unfortunately we are not at Old Bus Depot Markets today. Loch has his shoulder surgery on Tuesday and it appears that the damage was more severe than we thought. Not sure at this stage when he will be back in action. I'm still able to post out if you need any honey.

Unfortunately we will not be at Northside Produce Market tomorrow. Loch is booked in to have his shoulder operated on beginning of March. Due to the ongoing drought down here he needs to ensure the bees will be ok until he can get back to them when he heals. We also need to make sure we have plenty of honey packed as he won't be able to lift anything too heavy for a few months. I will post out to anyone if running short but we are planning on being back for the market in March. We will also still be at Old Bus Depot this Sunday. Hope to see you all next market.

No market for us in Canberra tomorrow. Unfortunately still needing to look after Harry at home after his cruciate ligament surgery. We hope to be back next weekend with plenty of honey in stock.
