Fishing will be limited to 1 or 2 ponds 10am–2pm each day. While we start building up stock for next weekend.

Stony Creek Cafe will be open this weekend, Saturday and Sunday 10am-3pm☕🍂
(No fishing, sorry!)

It’s the perfect opportunity to come up, slow down, and enjoy the peace and quiet while the trees are at their best in full autumn colour.

✨ Weekend special: Char-grilled chicken skewers
Plus pizzas, toasties, cakes, and great coffee.

We’ll also have plenty of fresh fish, smoked trout, and caviar available 🐟

🌸 With Mother’s Day just around the corner, we’ve got some beautiful gift ideas available too — truffle gift boxes, hand-poured candles, picnic blankets, and fresh flowers.

Quick farm update 🌿🎣

Tomorrow is our last day open for the school holidays before we close for a little while.

We’ll be reopening for the King’s Birthday long weekend and again for the Victorian winter school holidays, as we move to operating during peak periods only.

This downtime lets us reset the ponds — removing fish from the “fish-out” ponds, reducing losses to birds, and getting everything healthy, strong, and ready for when we reopen. It’s all about delivering a better experience (and better fish) when we’re back up and running.

We know this change might affect those who like to visit outside peak times, and we really appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.

In the meantime: • We’ll be at the Myrtleford Farmers Market next weekend
• The farm gardens will be open during the Autumn Festival (dates TBA) — perfect for a wander or picnic (no fishing or café)
• We’re also hoping to attend a few more local markets — details coming soon

We’re BACK 🎣🔥
After 2 months closed, the farm is finally reopening just in time for the Easter long weekend!
🕙 Open Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
⏰ 10am – 4pm daily
The trout ponds are fully restocked and fishing is looking 👌 — including some golden trout in the mix (shhh… don’t tell the birds 🐦😏)
Plenty of fresh and smoked fish in the fridge as well, so even if you don’t land one, we’ve got you covered.
The café is firing too 🍕
Pizzas, lasagne, toasties, plus a Greek spit roast special running over the weekend 🤤

Just a little heads up that we’ll be closing the farm for February and March, and reopening again for Easter on Good Friday 🎣🧡

Australia Day (Monday 26th) will be our last day open for a little while, so if you’ve been meaning to visit, now’s the time!
We’re open this Friday through to Monday, 10am–4pm.

It’s shaping up to be a hot weekend, so the earlier you come, the better! Come by, enjoy the farm, and spend some time with us on our last weekend open before our break 💙
