Our new ceramics range has arrived, perfect for Spring Racing entertaining and also for the early birds who are already thinking about Xmas gift giving.

We’ve had a lot of enquires whether we sell a seafood bisque. Well we’ve answered your call and made our own Shellfish Stock, ideal as a base for your favourite bisque creations. We have even put QR link on the label to a recipe for a delicious creamy bisque. It is also fabulous as a base to risotto and other dishes where you want a stronger seafood flavour.

And with a cracking day and weekend ahead,

Trucks start Wednesday at Somerville as always. 11-4 oppiste the pub at the church. All your favs fresh and filleted ready to go. Along with King Dory and Spangled Emp!

All our Friday and weekend hours remain the same despite the weather. The Seafood Truck won’t be trading today Friday or tomorrow Saturday unfortunately though. Sure you will all understand. But get down Sunday as they will be there!

Truck Wednesday at Somerville, 11-4. Loaded with freshness. Gurnard at $50. Flats, Ling, Flake, Salmon and Barra all available freshly cut today.

Reminder we are open all day as normal tomorrow, GF Friday holiday! Both shop and truck locations, Hastings and Mornington. All locations on our website, first page scroll down to the bottom.
Saturday will be shortened though. Shop 8.30-1, trucks 9-12 only both Flinders and Sorrento.
Aaaand oysters are looking amazing! We have some of the plumpest SA oysters we’ve seen from a little place called Denial Bay. Just left of Smokey bay. One they’ve gone we then get in to some cracking Tassie Boomer bays. Shucked today, shucking tomorrow, shucking Saturday. That’s how we roll!

Some cracking WA Yellowfin Bream available in the shop today. Variety we don’t see a lot of, but a beautiful looking and eating fillet. Like a snapper but cheaper!
Seniors day also today, 5% off for those eligible.
And a note on this weekends trading.
All as normal aside from Saturday which will be 8.30-1 in the shop. Sorrento and Flinders trucks will be 9-12 only. We will be open as normal Friday at all locations.
