So how do you define the perfect poached egg?

Some like them runny - some like them so hard they could challenge a golf ball -

Breakfast is served til 11:30 daily at our cafe. We will cook your eggs as you request.

PS - the correct way is runny - but not to runny - you get to experience the joy of breaking that egg and letting the gooey goodness cascade over the rest of your breaky 😎preferably with a basin sized bowl of hollandaise and a dipping toast with Vegemite on the side
