Very early in our creation we realized that the Adelaide Hills and it's generations of Apple and Pear growers were producing some of the best quality fruit in Australia. It was this factor that drew us in to begin producing our Ciders from The Adelaide Hills. Sourcing our fruit from this region in turn supports farmers throughout the Hills including those around the Ashton, Lenswood, Lobethal and Basket Ranges to name a few. Once we sourced the best fresh fruit we set out using the skills we have established over our working lives to craft what we believe is one of Australia best cider ranges. Our Apple and Pear Ciders are fruit driven (actually taste like real fruit), well balanced, not sweet, are crisp, fresh and finish dry!
