The Raclette Experience - with fresh truffle and wine
A Fireside Dinner Experience - slow braised Osso Bucco paired with Sangiovese.
A Fireside Dessert Experience - Toast house-made rose marshmallows over the open fire, and enjoy with rich warm pistachio brownie, a glass of Moonlit Forest Prosecco alongside.

Warm up this winter at Chandon with a flame-lit fondue experience that brings a little theatre to the table. Paired with sparkling wine and a self-guided game of bingo, played at your own pace, it’s a relaxed, social way to gather, share and linger over comforting flavours in the Yarra Valley.

Gather outside the cellar door under a canopy of fairy lights around our roaring firepit tomorrow night for a glass of mulled wine and fresh flame-grilled bites, as we keep the cellar door open exclusively from 5pm onwards for an aperitivo by the fire. Afterward, move inside to Locale for robust, flame-grilled specials on our à la carte menu.
