This International Shiraz Day, we're celebrating the remarkable versatility of Shiraz, the variety at the heart of Sanguine Estate.

From the rich, deeply coloured reds that have made Heathcote famous, to our vibrant Sparkling Rosรฉ, Shiraz continues to surprise us.

One of our proudest expressions is our ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐š๐ณ. One of only a handful produced in Australia, and the ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ซ๐š๐ณ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ก๐œ๐จ๐ญ๐ž, it was created not as a novelty, but as an exploration of what else Shiraz can become.
