For the past few steak nights, we have sourced our beef from the efforts in provenance and traceability are one of their values that we appreciate, along with the exceedingly delicious free range and grass fed beef. Their on-farm processing eliminates the requirement for long transport, and focusing on the animal welfare produces a consistently tender steak.

An innovative solution to a problem of growing concern within Victoria's meat processing as evidenced by this past weeks decision by the local abattoir to exclude small scale beef and lamb producers by increasing their minimum number requirements to access the facility.
While provenir cannot directly assist the small scale and regenerative farmers caught up in changes at Hardwicks, their mobile abbatoir in conjunction with the micro abattoirs being built by and are what the future can be.
