Happy Father's day to all the dads, granddads and guys that fill the roll

Its sometimes not easy

A wise man once said to me it takes a strong man to raise a family

We are often portrayed as the rock of the family and the person that can do anything

Which im not gonna lie I do think I can be that guy and I hope that my family feel safe and happier with me around.

Today is not just fathers day it also marks 140 days of straight work for me with no days off

Im currently having lunch with the family.

Waiting 50min at the kondari cause its so busy 😫

Then back to work to make some snow cones for people 🙄

Made myself breakfast this morning using goodies straight from the shop🤤

🍄 Fresh Swiss brown mushrooms from Fraser Coast Mushrooms
🧄 Black garlic

🌿 Italian herbs
🧂 Salt & cracked pepper
🍳 Jumbo egg from Sunforage Farms

Cooked up the Swiss browns with onion, black garlic, Italian herbs, salt and pepper,

Piled it onto some toasted sourdough and topped it off with a jumbo egg. 👌🤤
