Virtue Farm is a 33 acre property overlooking Fraser Island. It includes 27 acres of remnant forest which will never be developed and has been registered with Land for Wildlife. The forest is an oasis for bird life, koalas, echidnas, other animals. We are interested in working with local community in ways that promote and generate sustainability and a low carbon foot print. We operate our emerging business based on good moral ethics, honesty, and sustainability.

It has been a while since we were able to offer forest mulch, and we have some available and can load your trailer tomorrow - Sunday 19 July. We have been harvesting malabar nuts for a few years, but the process of removing the husks was hard. This year we discovered that soaking them in water and then removing the husks makes it so much easier. Slowly oven roasted they are delicious. We think they look like tiny brains!
