It’s that time of the week😳

We are at the Markets at the Pier on Saturday and how time is flying!!

We have our freezer full of lasagna, gnocchi, slow cooked sauces including meatball sauce, and our arancini and don’t forget that we have fresh pasta on the day that we roll out as we sell.

Hopefully the weather will be nice to us!

We’ve been busy in the kitchen restocking both our ravioli – our handmade Ricotta & Roast Chicken ravioli

Made from scratch with fresh pasta and they’re ready to take home for an easy, comforting meal.

We’ll be at the Markets at the Pier this Saturday, with our freezer stocked, including :

Ravioli
Lasagna
Gnocchi
Slow-cooked sauces
Arancini

Saturday is approaching far too fast, and the market is coming around so quickly!

I’ve spent the whole day in the day in my food van cooking:
Chicken sauce for lasagna
Our much-loved meatball sauce
Lentil sauce for lasagna too

It’s been a busy week, but I genuinely love what I do.
There’s something special about filling the freezer with homemade meals ready for market day.

Our dinner tonight fresh pasta and meatballs, yum!!😋

I can’t wait to see everyone on Saturday at the market.

After a long day cooking in the trailer, this was our well-earned dinner tonight… our homemade chicken ravioli with our slow-cooked beef bolognese sauce.

We will be at Markets at the Pier this Saturday.

Our freezer is full, including lasagna, gnocchi, ravioli, slow-cooked sauces and arancini.

As usual, we will selling our fresh pasta that we make as we sell, you can’t get fresher than that!

Now let’s hope the rain stays away! ☔🤞
