Look at those colours! 😍

Today was all about making our delicious chicken ravioli.

First, I roast the chicken, pumpkin, potatoes, and tomatoes with a blend of herbs and spices.
Once everything is cooked to perfection, it all goes into the food processor to create a rich, flavour-packed filling for our handmade ravioli.

The chicken ravioli along with our popular ricotta ravioli, lasagna, arancini, gnocchi and fresh pasta will all be available on Saturday at Markets at the Pier

All our stock is homemade, packed with real ingredients, and ready for you to enjoy.🫶

The feels of getting a new pot!!

Well… the pots are definately getting bigger!! 😳

We are back at the Markets at the Pier this Saturday and ready for what’s looking like an absolute cracker of a day ☀️

Back on the menu this week:
Chicken lasagna
Our popular meatball sauce

Plus:
Hot arancini served fresh
Freezers full of your favorites
Fresh handmade pasta made on the day

Unfortunately we won’t be at the market this week, but we’ll see you all next Saturday, June 6th 😊

Tonight’s dinner was a simple pasta broccoli with garlic oil.
We just cut up some pappardelle into smaller pieces and tossed it through… so simple, so yummy!

You guys are loving our sauces lately… and we totally understand why, they are yummy!

Today was a lasagna-making kind of day, with trays lined up and sauce bubbling away all morning.

We’ve also stocked up on plenty of our homemade sauces ready for Saturday at Markets at the Pier

Now we just need the weather to behave for us 🤞

OMG how quick are these weeks flying!! 😅

It’s nearly Saturday again and the Markets at the Pier are coming around so fast!

We’ve been busy all week replenishing the freezers and getting stocked up for you all 🍝

This week we’ll have:
• Lasagna
• Gnocchi
• Ravioli
• Slow cooked sauces
• Arancini

And on the day we will be selling fresh pasta which we make and roll out as we sell it 🇮🇹
