Locally raised, our beef and lamb is a true “Paddock to Feast” experience. All our stock is handled from beginning to end by the owners, giving a true ‘paddock to feast’ experience. This is boutique farming at its best. The Paddocks of High Range Full Blood Japanese Wagyu beef cattle are born, bred, and grass-fed in our paddocks in the Southern Highlands. The quality of rich pastures results in su

perb-tasting, marbled beef. Simon’s Gourmet Butchery in Bowral prepares our beef which we sell as boxes of 25kg mixed cuts, quarter, half, or whole beast of gourmet Wagyu, ready for your freezer. The Premium Lamb are also born, bred, and grass-fed in our paddocks in the Southern Highlands. Our lamb, which we sell in a range of cuts either as a half or full lamb packed ready for your freezer
