We are SO GRATEFUL & THANKFUL to yall for continually allowing us to share our passion for Texas BBQ, here in Geelong from our family home.

SATURDAY was frantic and despite smoking enough to feed a small village, we got smashed by the orders and completely SOLD OUT much to my surprise, even though Arthur called it.

We are pumped to take you to the next level, that we can bring you OUR BEST TEXAS SMOKED BRISKET in our NEW custom designed 1150 gallon SUPER SMOKER ready to eat, HOT on the SPOT.

We are doing SMOKED TASMANIAN LAMB SHOULDER & and our popular SMOKED BEEF CHEEKS IN A SMOKY JACK DANIELS CONFIT.

The Lamb and beef cheeks are causing many arguments within our camp as they may be a better bite than BRISKET.

Help and I settle this argument.

We are overwhelmed and highly grateful for the customs, opportunity, 5 star review status and mostly the relationships we have built in this time.

We are also grateful to ELIE and ARLETTE, known as Mum and Dad to me, for allowing us to use the family home I was actually born in to bring you authentic, pure wood smoked Texas BBQ.
Dad, especially you because your support has been an instrumental Backbone. ❤️

Although we will miss the smiling faces, great energy and positive vibes of our customers whom have become regular mates with, it’s merely a break so that we can develop some more and God willing open in a spot where we can serve you hot, 12 hour rested, Smoked Texas BBQ freshly sliced and served like our mates do at the current fine BBQ establishments in Geelong.
Please support them and support local because Texas BBQ done right, is a real sacrifice and dedication to a craft that can be unforgiving.

Thank you Geelong for another great week. We appreciate the customs and relationships we’ve been able to build over this time.

Our new custom designed and built smoker is nearing completion and we will begin winding down trading from our current premises.

In the interim, we will be closed for Fridays orders as we are unable to keep up with demand for both days from our little kitchen and will be operating Saturdays only 11am-5:30pm.

Further announcements on this to come during the week.

Thanks to all who came out to support our little backyard BBQ project.

We had another totally SOLD OUT week and our NEW SMOKED BEEF CHEEKS were a hit again.

We recommend to pre order if you can to lock in your order either online or by calling us.

SMOKED BEEF CHEEKS IN A JACK DANIELS & COKE CONFIT.

These would have to be the softest and most flavourful morsels of meat that one can ever try in a life time. Between the blend of pure low and slow natural wood smoke combined with our smoky bourbon and coke confit has gotta go on everyones bucket list.

The collagen rendered into soft gelatine nestles around the meat fibres creating a perfectly textured casing with zero resistance on the teeth filling the palate.

NOW OPEN FRIDAY AND SATURDAYS.
Was sold out for both days and we are grateful for supporting our little backyard BBQ project.

We brought back some missed menu items and that was received really well. Thanks.

The smoke and natural bark we are producing on our Pure black Angus, 270 grain fed MB 5 plus currently is and our results ever.

The smoked beef cheeks were a hit and also and will have more this week.
