Happy Birthday Derek !

Classic Vanilla Sponge , filled with homemade jam, fresh strawberries and a fluffy Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Yumm ..

This one was a challenge but using some new techniques I found a way to get a great wood grain pattern for the rustic box and I had to improvise to make the bottle as real as possible .
The wood chips are lightly toasted coconut shreds..

🎂 🎉 🌈

Vanilla flavoured rainbow cake 🌈 with popping candy meringue buttercream , white chocolate ganache topping and stacked with all the lollies of the rainbow! 🍭

There were some challenges with the buttercream and chocolate due to my kitchen being super hot from the fireplace and had to open the window but it was raining outside 🤷‍♀️ I did my best :)

I loved making this cake for my friend's daughter Amelia and her Boho inspired birthday party.

Vanilla cake with 100s and 1000s layered with meringue buttercream, fresh strawberries and mini marshmallows. Drizzled with pink coloured white chocolate ganache.
The top half cake was hollow and filled with lollies as a surprise. 😱

Classic vanilla biscuit with 🍓strawberry 🍓syrup , 🍋lemon 🍋rind mascarpone and fresh strawberries and blueberries filling for my little mate Cooper !

This cake is entirely made without butter and with home grown chook-eggs 😍 making it super light to eat.

Here she is - as colourful and pretty as Helen herself.❤️

Alternating 🍫Decadent chocolate sponge 🍫and 🌴tropical coconut cake🌴 (5layers) filled with 🍓strawberry sirup🍓, chocolate ganache , 🍋lemon curd 🍋and silky chocolate buttercream.

Did a tester and the flavours are delicious ! Stay tuned for the end result ... 🙌🎉
