Today, we celebrate National Meals on Wheels Day! 💙

We couldn’t be prouder to be part of such an incredible movement — supporting our community, connecting people, and delivering more than just a meal. 🥰

And if you missed it on Sunday, we had a very special moment on 7NEWS Flashback as we celebrate a huge milestone — 70 years of Meals on Wheels this year! 🎉🎂

A very special thank you and congratulations to our amazing volunteers! 👏💙 Your time, kindness, dedication and countless hours of effort are what make everything we do possible. We simply couldn’t exist without you. You are the heart of Meals on Wheels, and we are incredibly grateful for every single one of you.

What a privilege to celebrate this incredible achievement at Government House, alongside many other Meals on Wheels organisations from across Queensland.

Save the Date for Seniors Expo 2026!!! 🗓️

After welcoming more than 700 attendees and over 90 stallholders last year, I’m excited to be bringing the Seniors Expo back in 2026.

It’s a great opportunity to connect with local organisations, access helpful information and services, and catch up with friends for coffee and a FREE sausage sizzle.
