Set within a historic sandstone cellar door overlooking beautiful gardens and out to the water, Uplands offers a relaxed and flavour-filled weekend combining award-winning wines, great food and live local music.

This Open Vineyards weekend, enjoy vertical tastings of Uplands’ award-winning Chardonnay across three vintages, alongside their trophy-winning Blanc de Blancs, awarded at the Royal Hobart Wine Show 2025. Tastings also include Rosé, Pinot Noir, and their own handcrafted cider, something for every palate.

Make a day of it with PW Catering, serving a mouthwatering selection of smoked meats with seasonal salads from 12pm–3pm across the weekend. Relax on the deck, take in the views, and settle in for live music both days.
