…and that’s a wrap. We have SOLD OUT of donuts at Salamanca Market. We made as many as we possibly could and still sold out in about 2 hours 😳 Thank you Hobart, as always, for coming out and supporting us ❤️

Last donut day…ever! See you at 8:30-3pm (or sold out) for our last ever market ☹️ We’re right down the silos end, stall #261. For those who have pre-ordered, collection is from our Moonah kitchen (138 Hopkins Street) between 10am-12. Card payments only please 😊

After 11 years and thousands and thousands and thousands of donuts, Erin and I have made the bittersweet decision to call it quits on the deep fryer and finish up Lady Hester.

There are far too many thank-you’s owed, to every friend and family member we’ve wrangled into rolling a donut over the years… (Mum, delivering donuts to Winter Feast down Kelly’s steps on the pram of a grandchild you were also minding 🙏 ) to our beyond brilliant staff who’ve kept things running and vibes high (Courtney’s Mariah Carey mornings), there are SO many highlights it’s impossible to choose. We love you.

And to every person who has bought a donut, and supported our many and varied donut endeavours over the past 11 years - thank you, we appreciate every one of you.

A shout out to some incredible women who gave us a start, and supported us on this epic journey, Maddie and thank you.

…and of course, this gives me one last chance to re-post the Ottolenghi photo - still the best day of my life (sorry kids).

Our last stall will be at Salamanca Market this Saturday, April 12th, 8:30-3pm (stall #261)

If you want to pre-order a mixed box of 4 ($28) to collect from Moonah (138 Hopkins St), DM us and please include a mobile number. Orders can be collected between 10am-Midday on Saturday from Moonah, payment with card only. Flavours are: Preserved Lemon Curd, Chocolate + Hazelnut, Raspberry Rose Jam, Brown Sugar Custard + Caramel Pearls. *Please note: we are offering mixed boxes only to stay on top of orders!

You can still find Erin and I at Salamanca Market on Saturdays slinging cookies at ❤️ Hope to see you for some more sugary good times.
