DOUBLE LAMB STACK BURGER 🍔
Do you ever find yourself craving a late night lamb sandwich? We know we do. Well there's a little Spotty story that's inspired this one. The legend of the double lamb.
One glorious evening drinking beers with some of Hobart's finest brewers at Saint John Craft Beer, our crew and these astute gentlemen wandered down to a fine establishment serving delightfully carved lamb, mixed with yoghurt sauce and tabouleh and served in artisinal flat bread.
One of our founders, who will remain unnamed (guesses in the comments) began his order with a single instruction.
"Hey. Can you tick the lamb box twice mate?" Referring to the ordering system of this glorious souvlaki establishment.
"Yeah mate. Double lamb."
Double lamb. The other breweries team members turned around in shock. Within moments everyone was double ticking. The rest is history.
Anyway. This month's burger special is a grilled spice lamb pattie, served with slow braised lamb shoulder, smoked cheese, mint yoghurt, lettuce and pickles. Served with chips. Should you add those chips to your Double Lamb Stack Burger, we will not judge.
