Me again … sharing my favourite feedback🌻

From Kerrie - she baked the RISOTTO in the oven.

OMG, it turned out delicious!
It did take longer to cook but I’m traveling in a caravan and the oven is a bit iffy. I stirred in the spinach at the end and added a k**b of butter.
I will be ordering more when we get to the mainland.

Morning DEBrewers … Market Day today and it’s already getting busy.

Upcoming market dates are April 12th and 19th (Easter Saturday) … Popcorn partner Anita has swapped as her family have planned a camping adventure.

All my BREWS are handmade by me (hubby Don is getting trained!) and they’re all Gluten Free and Vegan. Exception is MINESTRONE BREW … barley in the soup mix and coloured pasta is prettier than GF options.

Morning DEBrewers … I won’t be at Salamanca today. The weather forecast is really dreary and I ran out of puff yesterday … so many orders for which I thank you profusely!

Today is not my scheduled day - stall partner Anita has a wedding.

Hey DEBrewers … my apologies people … COVID has visited me … again … so I won’t be at Salamanca tomorrow. Zapped my energy and left me with a terrible cough and headache.

We were in Melbourne last weekend … unbeknownst to me I was contagious - but it didn’t stop me from having a fabulous time at the Tina Turner Musical … if you get a chance to see it, do so.
