Find us this Thursday in our usual spot at Tas Networks Cambridge from 1130 to 130, all your favourite burgers and rolls along with brisket plates.

Friday we will be back down at Cambridge at cambridgebrewhouse from 5 to 7pm serving up platters.

Sunday for Father’s Day we are teaming up with the crew from b_r_i_n_e_ to do a Father’s Day pop up, we will be serving food from 4pm to 7pm unless sold out prior, platters and plates along with fried chicken.

This Thursday you can find us in our usual place at Tas Networks in Cambridge from 1130 to 130, brisket burgers and brisket plates will be on again.

Friday we will be at ridebellerive from 5pm to 7pm unless sold out prior, platters, plates and fried chicken, also we will have scottsdalepork ribs on as a special, whole rack or half, first in best dressed not pre orders.

Sunday we will be back at farmgatemarket from 8am to 1pm for all you breakfast buns.

⭐️EXCITING NEWS⭐️

Launching my range of sauces, rubs, pickles and chicken salt in the coming weeks, these will be for sale on the van and hoping to get it into some shops shortly.
-Chipotle bbq sauce.
-Kansas city bbq sauce.
-Espresso bbq sauce.
-Pork rub (you can use it on all meats)
-chicken salt.
-Bread and butter pickles.

Will let you all know when they’re ready for sale.

Catch us this Thursday from 1130 to 130 at Tas Networks Cambridge, we will have our brisket plates back along with all the usual rolls and burgers.

Friday we will be down Sorell school for the frost and fire festival, kicking off at 5pm burger and rolls menu.

Sunday we will be back at the farmgatemarket from 8am to 1pm, it’s been a while so looking forward to seeing you all.

Friday we will be back down at petrusma property Lindisfarne from 5pm to 7pm for all your dinner needs.

Saturday we will be down at PW1 for the whiskey showcase, it’s a great event, doing rolls and burgers.

This Thursday we will be back at Tas Networks Cambridge from 1130 to 130, our special again is the same as last week as it was super popular, brisket with crispy smoked pork belly.

Friday we’re heading back to Cremorne bowls club from 5pm to 7pm, platters, plates and fried chicken (fryer is good)

Sunday (it been a while) but we are back at farmgatemarket from 8am to 1pm, we will have all your favourite breakfast burgers and rolls.
