Tassal like to conduct Facebook competitions from time to time. Unless expressly stated for a particular competition, the following general terms and conditions shall apply to all competitions that are run through the Tassal Seafood page. General Terms & Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER?
• Entry is open only to all Australian residents who have “liked” the Tassal Seafood page.
• Employees of Tassal Operations Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter. HOW TO ENTER
• The Competition commencement and conclusion period is to be stipulated by the Promoter (Tassal Operations Pty Ltd) when they post the instructions for the Competition on the Tassal Seafood page, (the Competition Period).
• The Competition Period will vary for every Competition posted by Tassal Seafood on their page.
• In order to enter the Competition you must send an email to [email protected] during the Competition Period with the answer to the questions posted by Tassal Seafood at the commencement of the Competition. PRIZE
• The prize is determined by the Promoter and varies each competition period.
• If for any reason the winner does not take the prize within one month of Promoter posting the Winners name on Tassal Seafood page then the prize will be forfeited.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• In the event of that the prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
• In participating in the Competition, the winner allows the Promoter to post the winners name on the Tassal Seafood page and use the winner’s Competition entry for further editorial content. HOW TO WIN
• Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period and registered all details in accordance with “how to enter” will be considered in the Competition for the relevant Competition Period.
• The prize winner will be notified via email within two working days of the close of the Competition Period.
• The winner will be required to supply the Promoter with postal details.
• The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result. COMMUNICATIONS
• Except to the extent set out in “PRIZE”, entrant details will not be made available to any other parties. NO LIABILITY
• Tassal Operations Pty Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

Do you want restaurant quality, crispy skin Tassal Barramundi at home?

Follow these super simple Tassal Tips 👇

✅Pat the Barra dry with a paper towels
✅Drizzle a little olive oil over the skin
✅Season with salt (and some paprika for extra flavour)
✅Preheat a nonstick pan to medium heat and add olive oil to the pan.
✅Place the Barramundi skin side down for 5 minutes. Only flip the Barramundi once the skin has crisped and moves easily.
✅Cook for a further 5 minutes on the other side (or until cooked through) and serve
✅Impress your guests (and yourself) with delicious crispy skin!

Save this for later when you want to impress someone special! 🧑‍🍳

Put the fry pan away and try steaming tonight!

Steaming is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to cook Tassal Salmon or Barramundi, keeping the fillet tender and moist.

Follow these super simple Tassal Tips to perfect your technique 👇

✅Place your Tassal Salmon or Barramundi in a steamer basket lined with baking paper (to prevent sticking)
✅Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil and add some herbs or spices to your liking.
✅Place the steamer over boiling water, cover with a lid and steam for 4-5 minutes or until cooked.
✅Remove your Salmon or Barramundi from the steamer and serve with fresh veggies or salad for a quick and simple meal.

Top Tip : You know you fillet is ready when the fillet easily flakes.
