Well… we WON! 🏆

Happy Larry is incredibly proud to have received the 2026 Emerging Small Business Award at the Greater Hobart Small Business Excellence Awards.

And while only some of our team could be there to hold the award on the night, this belongs to every single person who is part of Happy Larry.

To our entire team — those pictured and those who couldn’t make it — thank you for the energy, care, and hard work you bring every day. There are so many little things that happen behind the scenes to make Happy Larry what it is, and none of this happens without you🧡

And to our community — every coffee, every sandwich , every visit, recommendation, review, tag and familiar face walking through our doors has helped us get here. You’ve turned a small business into a community, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

A huge shoutout as well to all the nominees, finalists and fellow small businesses recognised on the night. We know firsthand that running a small business isn’t always easy especially right now, and there are so many incredible people across Hobart working ridiculously hard behind the scenes every single day. It was pretty special to be in a room celebrating that together.

We’re incredibly grateful for how Hobart has embraced Happy Larry, and this has only made us more excited for what’s ahead.
