Aromatic fennel brings a distinct aniseed flavour along with healing qualities for digestion and even hormone regulation. For a double hit of this soothing bulb, try the JAM PACKED PORK AND FENNEL SAUSAGES which are served with shaved fennel, radicchio, roasted capsicum and olives. The smell of this morning’s baking is still lingering through the café. We bake many of our cakes and sweet treats in the Jam Packed kitchen, which means our customers get to enjoy melting butter on freshly baked scones, bouncy and moist layers of sponge joined with cream icing whipped only hours before it’s served on their plate, and mouthfuls of decadent tiramisu made with coffee brewed on the same day.
