The Juice Van Fresh juice and smoothies, made while you wait. Our menu is currently more varied than normal due to fluctuating cost and availability of produce.

We specialise in 'made while you wait' fresh fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies - you can choose your selection of from our range of fresh produce or have one of our special blends . We continue to support local growers and businesses and feature iconic and emerging Tasmanian products including Diemen Pepperberries and local berries. We also use local dairy milk in our smoothies. Currently y

ou will find us on Saturdays at the market in Salamanca where we normally are for the full Salamanca Market. With restrictions on Festivals and other gatherings we are looking at other trading opportunities on a case by case basis as unfortunately many are simply not profitable at this time.
