🚨INGREDIENT SPOT LIGHT🚨

Native Pepperberry, also known as Mountain Pepper, is an evergreen shrub native to the woodlands and cool temperate areas of Tasmania.

The aptly named pepperberry possess fruity & spicy qualities most commonly described as a cross between a plum, ginger and Chinese pepper.

Here at Roaring Forties Rubs, the addition of Native Pepperberry brings depth and aroma to each of our spice rub flavours with notes of pepper, woody lantana, cinnamon, floral, citrus and sweet menthol.

The start of something amazing! Zucchini and Beetroot fresh from the garden, thinly sliced with Agentine Steak and a drizzle of oil, to make chips.

Fresh abalone and prawns, cooked in butter with Tasmanian Cajun Salmon with a side of fresh greens and tomatoes.

🤤 Hope everyone else is having an amazing dinner!

Roast chicken stuffed with a lemon and sprinkled with Argentine Steak. Fresh roast potatoes and carrots shaken with Spicy Carolina BBQ. Finished with zucchini and silverbeet fresh from the garden. 🤤

So succulent and juicy!
