No, we are not back on the road just yet! 🚙💙
Things are still moving a little slower behind the scenes while Carla continues to recover — but don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about you!
The truck is waiting. 🚙
The fryers are waiting. 🍟
The potatoes are waiting. 🥔
The hot dogs are waiting. 🌭
And we’re pretty sure the nachos are getting impatient. 🧀🙃
For now, we’re taking things one day at a time and letting recovery come first.
We’ll let you know as soon as we’re ready to fire up the truck and get back to serving all your Strada favourites.
Until then… keep an eye on us. 👀

We just wanted to pop in and say hello and let you all know that we are still here! 👋🏻
Things are a little quieter behind the scenes at the moment, but we haven’t forgotten about our amazing Strada customers. 🥔🌭🍟
We are taking things one day at a time, focusing on Carla’s recovery now she is home from hospital. Looking forward to getting back out there, cooking up all your favourites and seeing you all again very soon.
Thank you for all the messages and support you have sent our way — it means so much to us. ❤️
Until then, keep following along for a few fun Strada updates and a few new things to come too.

We will not be out trading this week due to Carla’s surgery and will share updates as we have them.
