Holbrook Paddock Eggs Welcome to Holbrook Paddock Eggs! Owned & locally operated by Sam & Prue Pincott 🐓 Paddack range eggs that everyone knows & loves!

Our grass fed Isa Brown hens enjoy the true meaning of free range, as they are free to roam the paddocks as they please. Our Stocking density equates to 40 hens per hectare!! The benefit of allowing the hens this freedom is a premium quality egg. NO hormones or anitbiotics are used and with vibrant yellow/orange yokes our eggs are as natural as you can get. Twice a week we move the portable sheds which the hens lay and roost in. Eight Maremma Dogs live with our hens providing protection from predators, which means we NEVER lock the hens up.

FULL RESTOCK 🛒🍓🥩

Today I did a full fridge and freezer restock from Arnolds and I’m actually so impressed with this haul 😍

The produce was SO fresh, the meat looked incredible and I managed to get everything my family needed for under $170 🙌🏼

Meat, fruit, veggies + a few staples… safe to say the fridge and freezer are looking VERY happy 😂

Now to turn all of this into some seriously good food 👀🍴

What does PROOF actually mean? 🌱🐔

“Pasture raised” is something you’ll see on plenty of egg cartons, but what does it actually mean?

For us, PROOF is about having clear standards around how hens are raised, including access to open paddocks, space to forage and the ability to carry out natural behaviours.

PROOF farms are independently audited before approval and monitored for ongoing compliance.

At Holbrook Paddock Eggs, we’re proud to be part of a system that puts genuine pasture-raised farming practices under the spotlight.

Because you should be able to know where your eggs come from, and how the hens that lay them are raised.
