Ingredients:
300 g linguine pasta
500g Green Prawns peeled and deveined
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ cup parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
Cook the linguine and reserve some pasta water.
In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and prawns. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until the prawns turn pink and juicy.
Add the cooked linguine, parmesan, parsley, and a splash of pasta water. Toss well until glossy.
Finish with lemon juice and serve warm.

400 g shrimp
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup heavy cream
½ cup parmesan cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Cook the linguine and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
In a pan, heat olive oil and butter. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and tender.
Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.
Add the linguine and toss well. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Garnish with parsley, parmesan, and lemon wedges.
