How to make an excellent, healthy Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
- 70ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 30ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Mustard
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper

You can substitue Red Wine Vinegar instead of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Place ingredients in a jar, put the lid on and 'Shake and Serve', drizzle over salad.

Saffron 'New Season's' 2016
Our Saffron H.Q. is grown, cured and harvested in Mirboo North, Gippsland and is a long strand variety with a deep burgundy colour. Premium quality, use this Saffron in: paella, casseroles, desserts, sauces, cakes, scones, drinks etc… Four strands makes 1 main course. Steep in White Wine, Gin, Vodka, Cointreau then add to sauces for increased flavour.

Approximately 8 strands will infuse a 700ml bottle of Vodka or Gin allowing you to make exotic cocktails. We are currently selling glass vials containing 25 strands.
