The taps have been flowing for a few months now, the space is vibing with the locals, and now we’re looking for a few legends to come join us at the society to help us make Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays considerably more enjoyable.✌️
Think you’ve got what it takes? Here’s what we’re looking for:
🍺 RSA? Yep, you’ll need one, or willing to get one.
🧠 Know your b**r-our b**r? Or at least be keen as hell to learn it.
🗣️ Can you tell a good story? You’ll need to sell our customers on the story behind our brewery, our b**rs and what makes us tick.
🤝 Reliable and honest? Non-negotiable.
😄 Good with all kinds of people? Pretty important this one.
🍻 Hospitality experience? Definitely a bonus — but we’ll take a great attitude and the right character over years of experience.
What are we most serious about?
Our customers expect our people to know their stuff. You’ll need to learn our b**rs — what they are, how they taste, what makes them different and the stories behind them.🍻
We want our team to be more than people behind the bar — we want them to be great storytellers and ambassadors for our brewery, helping customers discover the b**rs they love and understand what makes our brand different.
We’re looking for people who will bring good energy & personality to the taproom, look after our customers and genuinely give a s**t about what we’re doing.
Our taproom hours are hospo friendly, with the right applicants able to ensure work doesn't get in the way of life.
