The best starter for all winter cooking is some premium local bacon. Meat Market bacon that is, all produced in house from Free range Australian pork. It doesn't get any better than that.
From our regular bacon, to our traditional dry salted cold smoked bacon to nitrite free bacon, . Also for the carbonara dish our guanciale or pancetta. Bacon done right.
