The secret is out and now it’s all confirmed we can finally let you all know! Choirboys will be out headlining Dundee Rocks in replacement to Rose Tattoo due to unforeseen circumstances 🙏🏽

This event is still set to be huge, so we hope you’re all ready to rock your bloody socks off! 🔥🔥

It’ll be a weekend full of rock and roll! If you missed out on tickets for Saturday don’t worry, you can still rock out with us Friday night and come down for a Sunday Sesh 🍻

The last Sausage Making Class was a cracker.

Good people, plenty of food, a few beers and a lot of laughs while everyone learnt what actually goes into making a decent sausage.

So the lads are doing it again.

Our Sausage Making Class is back.

The first one was such a good afternoon that Pitmaster Brad, everyone’s favourite butcher, Gus, along with the original Viking, Donnie, are doing it again.

Saturday 3 October at Coolalinga Guns & Ammo.

Get hands-on with the whole process — mince, mix, stuff and tie — with plenty of tastings along the way.

You’ll take home 2kg of sausages, Brad’s recipe booklet and a few new tricks for the next time you fire up the BBQ.

And with Father’s Day coming up, tickets make a pretty good present too.
