Clifton Farm We are a family run farm in the beautiful Huon Valley. We are passionate about ethically produced food. Clifton Farm is a fifth generation family farm.

Traditionally intensive orchards and hops, we are moving our business towards paddock to plate using organic permaculture principals. Our goal is to produce high quality food which is accessible to all. We grow rare breed lamb, cherries for "pick your own", and are experimenting with heritage cider. We are working towards getting our 1850's postoffice building progressed as a farm outlet. Watch this space for more diversification of our farm!

Our friend Matt from Our Mates' Farm speaking about the announcement that Woolworths (& Coles) won’t be selling Tasmanian meat from 2027. Although our small farm only sells lamb direct to Tasmanian families and businesses, there are countless bigger farms growing incredible Tasmanian produce that we as a state should be so proud to enjoy and access. Thank you Matt.
