On the lookout for our next independent and self driven team member who enjoys dairy farming.
This role is permanent full time and will require you to have your own transport and accommodation.
Located in Alberton west, we’re a split calving operation milking 420 beautiful ladies through a 44 bale modern rotary.
Our Milkings generally start at 5:30am and 2:30pm of course these times may fluctuate sightly thought-out the year.
Duties will include but are not limited to
* AM and PM milking
* Mastitis detection of
* fencing - including strip tapes
* Water checks
* heard health & treatments
* Tractor work
* use of an ATV
On the job training is available so if you’re looking at starting a career in the dairy industry this may be the job for you.
