This Father’s Day, Bottle Keg Can and Steak Out Butchery are teaming up to solve the question of what to get Dad. You choose the experience. He chooses the rest.

Two shops, one gift wallet. Four tiers to choose from based on what the weekend has in store: The Backyard, The Weekend, The Feast, and The Long Lunch.

Buy the wallet at either shop. Dad comes in when it suits him. He picks out his cuts at Steak Out, then heads to Bottle Keg Can, where we pair the drinks. All that’s left to do is fire up the barbecue.

Your white wines are too cold and your red wines are too warm! Both are an easy fix.

No more room temperature reds: the lighter it is, the colder it wants to go, and even a big Shiraz drinks better a few degrees down. Too warm and all you taste is alcohol. Whites are the opposite trap: straight from a cold fridge, the flavour goes quiet and the acid takes over. The temperature guidelines are in the video.

Pour a glass now, taste it again in five minutes, and watch it change.

Pours beautifully, creamy mouthfeel with notes of grapefruit and pineapple. They smashed it with this one. Come give it a go!
