So my favorite cow closed the calving season dropping number 5 today 🙏🏻😀😍

So happy for her !!! She had a big trouble last time and gave birth with my help to a little fella that was born with downer cow syndrome… She also retained her placenta and nearly died…
Today the story was very different and she gave us a beautiful healthy little bull🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 And the best part is that she is healthy and put her placenta out fairly quickly too 😀😀💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Time to say good bye to those four stunning cows…
They will start their journey to Queensland tomorrow early morning.
Always sad to see them going but I know they are going to a very good dairy farm that have decided to start off on highland as well 💙💙

We can’t win every single battle I guess 😥
This cow arrived here not long ago and coped a big “bang” from another cow… She was down for nearly two weeks!! I was there everyday feeding her, lifting her with the tractor and having the the Vet over every couple days…

Her day arrived and there was absolutely nothing else we could have done… At least she left a small positive thing, she gave birth to a premature heifer before she died. It was craze wet out there, only one leg of the calf came out but I managed to bring the second leg and to align her head so I could pull the calf as the cow had no energy left…

The girls made this drawing and I found it on the fridge 💙💙💙

Now Leah ( my 4 year old daughter) has a poddy calf to look after and make sure that it wont just pull it through, but will thrive and grow to be her own pet cow as they always wanted…

introduces to the the world the cutest little heifer ever ESPERANÇA 💙 under 30kg and very small but beautiful 💕💕
