A batch of Crunchy's Black Box Snacks frikandellen. Not made from cheaper chicken like another brand does. Crunchy's BBS only uses prime beef and a hint of pork, best spices and herbs mixed by the wizard who keeps this a hidden secret. Then cut into a paste, formed into a 110 grams skinless sausage, and slowly cooked to perfection. Now waiting to cool down and being packed. Not yet available as this is a test run for consistency, taste, shape and shelf life. Our last test......for now.

We received an important question: "Is the food you are going to serve in the new food truck pre-cooked and reheated?"

We can state an promisse: DEFINITELY NOT! Each and every item in our new truck will be freshly cooked in a pace adjusted to the sales. All happens in our state-of-the-art kitchen, hidden behind the hot vending machines. We concentrate 100% on the food, food safety and consistancy of our output.

Our machines have a quality and temperature control system that tells us how the quality develops. We can also move the food around the machines. The great thing, the computer follows the food and no data change. And if the conclusion is, the food does not meet our pre-set standards, it will lock. The customer can no longer buy the item. That way we guarantee that the food is fresh and kept in optimal condition before consuming.
