DEBORAY, the name we have cheekily given this duo. You often hear about 'community'...well these two lovely people epitomise the meaning. The energy, support and enthusiasm these two put into so many aspects of our region is incredible. This weekend in particular, we thank you for supporting us through a busy long weekend. A bit of banter and camaraderie made the task seem effortless.
P.S. we didn't manage to get a photo of the two this weekend, hence the xmas in July outfits đŸ˜‰

'I will just go out for 1 paddle this arvo at the new brewery, then go home'...Is what Steve McDowell said Sat March 25th 2023. After a few pints of this weird German b**r called a Dunkelweizen AKA: Dunks or Dunkan for short...what started as an acquaintance, evolved into a friendship. Events, afternoons, dinners, stories and many experiences shared as the years rolled on. To our great pleasure a wonderful new lady came into Steve's life this year, an old friend that has become a new love, to carry them both forward on their next chapter and adventure in life. We wish you Steve and Trish (Captain Cook) the very best with this endeavour.
Thank you to everyone that came out yesterday for the farewell.

Steve #1 of the first and longest serving supporter's of the bar of Hedon's. Steve will be departing the Coast on his next journey to Canberra with a lovely new lady who loves Dino jokes as much as we do. Join us on AFL grand final day and make sure he gets a good send off. As per his request (demand) a fresh batch of Dunkelweizen will be ready too on a special day where we celebrate Steve, AFL on the big screen, German b**rs, hot dogs and great friendships.
