Situated near Robertson, in the rolling green hills of the Southern Highlands, our land is in its first year of being converted to Organic Certification. We have been practicing organic, permaculture and biodynamic farming/gardening techniques for the past five years and can now offer our first commercial crop of delicious organic purple garlic.
