If you have ever wondered what Champagne tastes like when it comes from a single family, single patch of earth & four generations of obsession? This is it. Introducing Champagne Agrapart

what is Grower Champagne? Bigger champagne houses buy grapes from hundreds of growers, A recoltant-manipulant like Agrapart grows makes and bottles everything themselves. Creating a direct connection to a growers vision.

With 12 hectares spread across 62 individual parcels in the Cote des Blancs. These parcels are ploughed (many by horse) with no chemicals, pesticides, fertilisers or herbicides, and the fruit is harvested manually. Production is tiny and and vine age is among the oldest in the Cotes des Blancs.

Where most big houses use commercial yeasts for consistency, Pascal ferments with wild, indigenous yeasts, the living microbiome of his own vineyards. Base wines rest on lees in old oak barrels for texture and depth. The result? Champagne that genuinely tastes like somewhere.

A Champagne from a single village, single grape and a single extraordinary year.
Champagne Jacquart Blanc de Blancs 2016 is made of 100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru villages of Villers-Marmery. A rare terroir that produces chardonnay with an unusual minerality and tonic freshness - quite unlike the Cote des Blancs.

With aromas of citron, peach, greengage and fresh rose leading into citrus and spring flowers. The champagne is light-footed and precise, with a clean lingering finish.
