Facilitated by Lana Thomas, Founder & CEO of Beyond the Curve Consulting, this interactive session will help you give and receive feedback, address issues early and have clear, respectful conversations. You’ll work through workplace scenarios and leave with a simple framework, tools and templates you can use with your team.
