What a week!

Sunrises over Karridale.
Cold hands. Full bins.
The steady rhythm of handpicking, row by row.

Every bunch harvested by hand. Every day focused on selecting only the most pristine fruit from our Karridale vineyard. It’s meticulous work — slow, deliberate, and demanding — but this is where great Chardonnay begins.

The team has put in an enormous effort this week. Early starts, long days, plenty of laughs in between… and fruit that has come in looking exceptional.

Hard work? Always.
Worth it? Every single time.

Now the next chapter begins in the winery.
