e a chocolate Labrador named Fuggles that we love to take on holiday too! Fuggles was named after a hop variety that we will be growing on the property soon. It’s used to brew dark ales, so it’s a perfect name for our dark chocolate boy!

Kicking off the 2026 hop harvest in style with our newest hop variety, say hello to Carina!
Bursting with huge tropical aroma including guava and passionfruit, this Tasmanian born beauty is destined for big things here in Karridale.
This new hop variety is named after a constellation that we see on our farm during harvest season.
We can’t wait to get this new hop into a seasonal beer soon…more to come!
